Nicole England, MSW, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker
Nicole England completed her Master’s in Social Work at the University of North Dakota in 2014. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Minnesota State University Moorhead in 2007. She is currently a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. Ms. England serves as the secretary of the Adult Mental Health Local Advisory Council and is also a member of the Children’s Mental Health Local Advisory Council.
She is a Certified PCIT Therapist, a Certified TFCBT Therapist, is rostered in Trauma-Informed Child-Parent Psychotherapy, and is trained in EMDR. Ms. England began her career at Solutions as a Direct Service Professional before transitioning to roles in CTSS and case management. She currently oversees Targeted Mental Health Case Management Services and serves as the Quality Control Manager for the entire organization. In this capacity, she oversees state reviews for outpatient services, ARMHS, CTSS, and Case Management, as well as the process for satisfaction surveys and program quality assurance plans.
Ms. England has received evidence-based training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Circle of Security, Incredible Years, and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy. She utilizes motivational interviewing, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavior management, and parenting skills. Her typical caseload includes children and families, as well as adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, behavioral disorders, or borderline personality disorder.
Social work has always been a passion for Ms. England. She enjoys working with children, adolescents, and their families, finding it especially rewarding to help families change their family system and create positive change. She is also dedicated to helping adults manage their mental health symptoms and teaching them skills for lifelong symptom management. She values staying up to date with current research-based therapeutic practices.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, going to the lake, and spending time outdoors.
