Max Pajari, MS, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (MN & ND)

Max Pajari received his Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Minnesota State University - Moorhead and is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in both Minnesota and North Dakota. He has been on staff with Solutions since 2016, providing outpatient therapy for adolescents and adults. Prior to joining Solutions, Mr. Pajari worked as an adolescent counselor in the juvenile justice system.

He is trained in various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Mr. Pajari treats clients dealing with depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, grief and loss (including those affected by the suicide of a loved one), and behavioral concerns.

Mr. Pajari aims to create a safe, comfortable, caring, individualized, and collaborative environment for his clients. He emphasizes honesty, recognition of the potential for change, hope, self-efficacy, and the development of resiliency. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, hunting, fishing, and traveling.
