Heidi Pearson, MSW, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (MN)

Heidi Pearson is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (MN). She received her undergraduate degree in Social Work from Minnesota State University–Moorhead in 2016. She then went on to work in a variety of settings, including nonprofit organizations serving teens, work readiness programs, and educational/training preparation, with the goal of fostering independence in the workforce. Additionally, she worked with families and individuals in a rural hospital and hospice setting, providing a wide range of support and resources on a case-by-case basis.

She obtained her Master of Social Work degree from Simmons University in 2021 and continued providing direct services to families, adults, and older adults. She is skilled in facilitating and navigating difficult conversations with individuals and groups across the lifespan. Heidi has received supervision in providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), life and goal planning, Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed care. She has a special interest in working with anxiety, depression, couples, disruptive behavioral difficulties, grief and loss, parenting, parent-child relationships, and trauma.

Heidi enjoys working with individuals, couples, and families. She values each person’s unique goals and perspectives while supporting personal growth and self-actualization through therapeutic work. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and traveling.
