Hannah Gerardy, Licensed Master Social Worker (ND), Licensed Graduate Social Worker (MN)

Hannah Gerardy received her Bachelor of Social Work from Minot State University and a Bachelor of Science from North Dakota State University in 2022. She went on to earn her Master of Social Work from the University of North Dakota in 2023.

Previously, Hannah worked at FirstLink as the Care and Support Coordinator, where she connected with recently discharged individuals with mental health disorders or substance use concerns through partnering agencies in North Dakota and Minnesota.

Hannah has extensive knowledge of community resources, suicidal ideation, and domestic violence relationships. She finds the most meaningful aspect of her work to be giving back to the community she grew up in and witnessing its growth.

She values being a reliable figure for both coworkers and clients. Committed to lifelong learning, she believes that education is essential to providing the best possible care. When working with clients, she prioritizes fostering independence, self-expression, and kindness.
