Community Partners Drop-In Center

The Community Partners Drop-In Center is a safe and supportive place for adults with mental illnesses to meet, get support, work on acquiring and developing important skills, and socialize. The Center hosts a variety of meetings and activities, including formal and informal group meetings, Certified Peer Support Specialist Services, and scheduled activities. The Center also has various social activities, including lunches at the Center, and monthly recreational outings, such as to movies, restaurants, museums, bowling, and more. The cost of these activities for adults with mental illnesses is paid for by the FUN Bunch (Friends United Network). Free snacks and beverages are available at the Center, as well as computers with internet access, media supplies, and mental health resources.

The Drop-In Center welcomes any adult with mental illness from Pope County, as well as his or her family. For more information, please feel to stop by at the monthly planning meeting at 11am on the first Wednesday of each month or contact the Center by phone.
