Hannah Vavra, M.S., BCBA, LBA

Hannah Vavra earned her undergraduate degree in Spanish and English Education from Concordia College in 2021, followed by a Master’s degree in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Dakota in 2024. During her graduate studies, she completed her BCBA supervision hours through Solutions Behavioral Healthcare’s EIDBI program.

Before transitioning to behavior analysis, Hannah taught high school Spanish for a year. She then joined Solutions as a Behavior Interventionist and quickly found her passion working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related conditions.

Licensed as a Behavior Analyst in Minnesota, Mrs. Vavra currently specializes in supporting children with ASD, with a keen interest in expanding her expertise to address complex behaviors such as hoarding. She is an active member of BCHOE and is eager to pursue certification in Skills-Based Treatment in the near future.

Mrs. Vavra finds the most meaning in witnessing lasting, impactful behavior changes, especially when families notice and celebrate those successes alongside her. She prioritizes presuming competence in her work—believing strongly in meeting clients where they are and allowing them space to demonstrate their abilities.
