Co-Parenting Therapy

Co-parenting therapy involves the teaching of effective co-parenting strategies, designed in the best interest of the children following separation or divorce. Co-parenting therapy is different from mediation in that the focus is on learning to resolve conflict independently, thereby reducing or eliminating the need for on-going litigation or mediation.

Early Neutral Evaluation (ENE)

ENE is coordinated by the court. When parents petition for divorce in specific counties, they are given the option to proceed with a traditional divorce process or to choose the ENE process. The ENE team, which typically involves an attorney and a mental health specialist, works with the parents and their attorneys to resolve issues outside of the court room, with the intent of minimizing the negative impact on children.

Collaborative Practice

Collaborative Practice is a unique and effective team approach designed to minimize the negative impact of the divorce process on children and parents. The team consists of both attorneys, a Neutral Facilitator, Neutral Child Specialist, and a Neutral Financial Specialist. Successful completion of this process results in financial, custody, parenting time, and property arrangements through a less costly and more respectful process.
