The Position: We’re looking for a Behavior Modification Specialist. Starting salary is $40,000.

Requirements:
Must possess a bachelor’s degree in psychology or a related human service field.
Must have 2 years of supervised experience in the delivery of mental health services
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Be willing to maintain a flexible schedule to meet client needs.
Must have skills to work with a variety of cultures.
Must have skills in managing behavior management/crisis situations.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development of behavioral assessments.
Assist in the planning of behavioral intervention strategies and the writing of behavioral intervention programs.
Provision of behavioral intervention strategies.
Development of data collection systems to assess baseline and outcomes of interventions.
Provides training to family, care givers and/or staff on the implementation of behavioral intervention procedures.
The Location: Solutions is based in Moorhead, MN. We also have offices in Fargo, Detroit Lakes, Fergus Falls, Alexandria and St. Cloud. We are hiring for Behavior Modification Specialist at our Fargo and Breckenridge locations.
